Isabel is an actor, writer and producer.
Isabel was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado. Isabel left home to study acting at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London, UK. After graduating, Isabel began her career in Red Bud by Brett Neveu at the Royal Court Theatre. Following that she made her West End debut in The Children's Hour which was directed by Ian Rickson, and which starred Keira Knightley, Elisabeth Moss, Ellen Burstyn, Tobias Menzies and Carol Kane.
Returning to the US, Isabel made her debut at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago in Measure for Measure which was directed by Robert Falls. She has acted with Steppenwolf, Writers Theatre, Denver Center, TimeLine Theatre, Remy Bumppo Theatre, and the Indiana Repertory Theatre. Isabel also made her Network TV debut in Chicago Fire, and a short film with Stephen Cone.
Isabel is now based in New York. This summer she wrote, produced and starred in a short film called For Marta, which was directed by Ryan Guiterman. The film is in post-production and will hit the festival circuit early next year.
After the success of their collaboration on For Marta, Isabel and Ryan formed Precariat Productions. In January 2017, Precariat went into pre-production for a feature horror film called An Illustration of Hell.
Isabel is an avid hiker and yogi, and still reads the New York Times in print.
She is a member of Actor's Equity, Equity (UK) and she is also SAG eligible.
